【Information about boarding】
①Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or E-ticket on your mobile/smart phone prior to boarding. Please note that you may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
②Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Bus leaves on time and you must come to the boarding spot prior to departure.

【Cancellations】
①Cancellations can be made on "Manage my Booking" Section of Japan bus Online by yourself only if the request is made 1 hour before the bus leaves the first boarding spot.
②On your departure day, cancellations can be made at Customer Support center ,KOBO Co., Ltd. by the time when the bus leaves the first boarding spot.
