・Tickets become invalid once the departure time stated on the ticket has passed. No changes or refunds (cancellations) will be accepted after departure time.
・Please check the boarding location on the Japan Bus Online website before departure. As buses depart on schedule, please arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before departure time.
・If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so yourself through the “Manage My Booking” page. Please note that cancellation fees apply once the reservation has been confirmed, and cancellations must be completed before the designated cancellation deadline.
・Reservation details cannot be changed after purchase. If you wish to make changes, please make a new booking for your preferred itinerary first, then cancel the original booking through the “Manage My Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in your booking details.
