The Company assumes no responsibility for any Affiliated Services other than the Service itself.
Please use Affiliated Services at your own discretion and responsibility. - Services such as reservation, change, cancellation, ticketing, payment, and refund provided by the Service and Affiliated Services are offered based on the judgment of the participating bus and railway operators. Please note that the same services are not provided for all routes.

At this stage, you cannot board the bus or train.
Please purchase your ticket at the designated office of the bus or railway operator, or through credit card payment or Affiliated Services. - A provisional reservation becomes a fully established reservation at the time the ticket is purchased.
- Depending on the route, there may be a purchase deadline for provisional reservations.

- When canceling (refunding) a credit card payment, costs such as cancellation fees, administrative fees, and refund fees prescribed by the bus or railway operator will apply.
- Cancellations and refunds of reservations are limited to the acceptance period specified by the operating bus or railway operator. In no case will refunds be made after the service has run without a 'Non-boarding Certificate' issued by the operator.
