Yaegaki Shrine is well-known as a god of happy marriage and matchmaking. Our professional guide will take you from the shrine’s mirror lake famous for good fortune to a camellia which symbolizes happy couples. At the shrine, it is said that Susanoo Mikoto killed the Japanese dragon with 8heads and tails(Yamatano Orochi) to protect Inada Hime, according to the Japanese mythology.

Izumo Taisha Grand Shrine has designated as a National treasure, and also famous for God of matchmaking,“ En-musubi”.
“ En” is the ties or connections that people make with others during a lifetime, such as families, friends, jobs, and “ En-musubi” generally means the connections between man and woman. Recently, this shrine has been attracting attention as a “ power spot”, where a spiritual force provides special energy, good fortune, healing and refreshing people who visit there.
Inasano Hama Beach

Inasano Hama Beach is one of the well-known places for the “ Power Spot”.
In the 10th month of the lunar calendar, it is said that the gods all over Japan gather at Izumo Taisha Grand Shrine once a year for the annual meeting, and a special ritual is celebrated on Inasano Hama Beach by building the bonfires to welcome the gods.

Matsue Vogel Park is one of the world’s largest indoor flower and bird gardens situated in Matsue filled with many kinds of plants and flowers including begonia and fuchsia blooming all year round.
Yaegaki Shrine

Yaegaki Shrine is said to be the shrine where gods, Susanoo Mikoto got married to Inada Hime, and the very first official wedding celebration in Japan was taken place there. That is why the shrine became famous for helping people to  find a good partner, and having the power for tying the knot in marriage. At the shrine's mirror lake, love fortune telling has been very popular among Japanese people.

Horikawa Sightseeing boat cruise is 35 minutes trip that takes you around the moat of the National Treasure, Matsue Castle. You will enjoy a beautiful view of Matsue Castle, and other nostalgic attractions that are rich in history along the canals.

Matsue Castle has designated as a National Treasure on July 8, and it is not only one of the 12 remaining castles nationwide, but also 1 remaining castle in Sanin region.  Sanin region is the Western area in the Japan main island faced to the Sea of Japan. Matsue Castle is one of the symbols of Matsue city, and also called “ Chidori Jo” ( Plover Castle) as its roof resembles a plover bird spreading wings. You cannot miss the panoramic views of Matsue city and Lake Shinji seen from the top floor of the castle.

<Fares>
 - Fare includes lunch and admission fee for the tourist facilities. However, the cost of the fortune telling paper at Yaegaki Shrine Mirror Lake is not included in this tour.
  - Discounts for disabled people are not available.
 - Child Fare applies to children aged 6-12. Up to one child, ages below 6, can travel for free when accompanied by one adult. 

<Bus operation>
 - Our tour guide service is available ONLY in Japanese.
 - In case the Horikawa sightseeing boat cruise service is suspended, we will go Lafcadio Hearn Memorial Museum ( Koizumi Yakumo Kinenkan) instead.
 - Due to road condition and any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time, the order of sightseeing and itinerary may   change. We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.
 - In case of bad weather, we will not get off the bus and walk around" Inasano Hama Beach" near Izumo Taisha Grand Shrine, and it can be only seen from the window.
