To make your travel as safe and pleasant as possible for both yourself and others , practice bus etiquette as follows.

Please ask the passenger behind you when reclining your seat.

Prohibited activities on the bus

Please refrain from talking on the phone while on the bus.

Please do not interfere with the safe operation of the bus or touch the bus driver in motion.

Please do not deface the property of the bus or do graffiti.

Please do not place any items in the aisle or any places that are considered to be dangerous.

Please do not put your hands or any parts of your body out of the window.

Please stay buckled up while seated.

Please do not walk around after the bus starts moving.

Please keep the valuables with you.

Please show a printed copy of your E-ticket or confirmation e-mail to the bus driver.
Showing above info. on the display of your smart phone is enough, but we highly recommend you to bring a hard copy of your E-ticket or confirmation.

We assign seats in order not to have men and women sit next to each other unless they are in the same group. However you will have to sit separately with your companion in some cases. Please check your seat number when boarding.

Please do not take any photographs or movies of other passengers without their permission.
Important notice about Bus Facility
  • The front row seats may have less leg rooms than others and may have no footrest.
  • Lights are turned off at night.
  • Please adjust the wind direction of the air conditioner by yourself.
  • Please do not take any provided amenities away such as blanket.
