・One-way reservations are accepted.
・Passengers with reservations will be given priority boarding. If seats are still available on the day of travel, tickets may also be purchased on-site before boarding.
・No tour guide or tour conductor will accompany passengers.
・Due to operational circumstances, the actual vehicle used may differ from the one shown in photos. In such cases, onboard facilities and equipment may also vary.
・Departure and arrival times may change due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
・Service may be suspended without prior notice if safe operation cannot be ensured due to road conditions, weather, or other factors. In the event of service cancellation, refunds will be provided without cancellation fees; however, no additional compensation will be offered.
・During peak travel seasons, buses may be delayed due to heavy traffic. Please allow ample time when connecting to other transportation.
・We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to delays caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, including accommodation or transportation costs.
