Cancellation fee
JPY 100 per person before the departure time shown on your E-ticket.
Note: If you don't show up for a service and fail to cancel the reservation prior to scheduled departure, you are considered a no-show and all money associated with the reservation is forfeited.
Please cancel your reservation via the “Manage my Booking” Page of Japan Bus Online website at https://japanbusonline.com/BookInquiry before the specified deadline.
Important Notice
・Advanced reservation is required. The tour might be cancelled if no reservation is received 3 days before departure.
・Only bus fare and shuttle bus tickets (Taisho Romankan ⇔ Ginzan Onsen) are included in the tour price.
・Transfer time may vary depending on road conditions. In addition, due to unexpected traffic jam, congestion of sightseeing spots and force majeure, it might be possible that some spots have to be skipped or the sightseeing time has to be shortened or adjusted.
・Children under the age of 6 can travel for free if no seat is required. Please purchase a child ticket if he/she requires an own seat.
・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Bus leaves on time and you are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.
・Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to your destination.
・Always fasten your seatbelt while on the bus.
・Service may be delayed or suspended due to strong winds, rain, storms, or other foul weather which may hinder safe operation.
・Actual arrival times may be earlier or later than those listed due to traffic conditions.
・We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.
