JPY 100 per person before the departure time shown on your E-ticket. 
Note: If you don't show up for a service and fail to cancel the reservation prior to scheduled departure, you are considered a no-show, and all money associated with the reservation is forfeited. 
Please cancel your reservation via the “Manage my Booking” Page of the Japan Bus Online website at https://japanbusonline.com/BookInquiry before the specified deadline. 

Important Notice
・Tour operation status will be determined at 8:00 AM on the day of the tour.　
・Bus services will be suspended if the Shinhotaka 2nd Ropeway is closed due to bad weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.
・ Bus attendants/drivers speak Japanese only.
・Advanced reservations are required. However, same-day participation is available if seats are available. 
・Make sure to dress in warm layered clothing as it gets cold at night due to the high altitude.
・Bringing your flashlight for the tour is recommended since the observatory is dark at night.
・You are not entitled to a refund if you cannot see stars during the tour.
・Delays might occur depending on the traffic, weather conditions, and congestion of sightseeing spots. We shall not be responsible for any losses or expenses caused by delays that are beyond our control. 
・Please review your boarding spot via Japan Bus Online before boarding. 
・Please present your E-ticket and exchange a paper ticket at the Takayama Nohi Bus Terminal or Hirayu Bus Terminal at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. 
・Please arrive at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes before departure. 
・Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to your destination. 
・Fasten your seatbelt and remain seated when the bus is in motion.
