You can get on and drop off the bus at the following bus stops: Nyukawa, Fukuji Yurimizaka, Shin Hirayu Onsen, Nakao Kogen Guchi（No.2）or Nakao Hakusan Jinja. 



Cancellation fee
JPY 100 per person before the departure time shown on your E-ticket. 
Note: If you don't show up for a service and fail to cancel the reservation prior to scheduled departure, you are considered a no-show, and all money associated with the reservation is forfeited. 
Please cancel your reservation via the “Manage my Booking” Page of the Japan Bus Online website at https://japanbusonline.com/BookInquiry before the specified deadline. 

Important Notice
・Bus services will be suspended if the chance of rain is over 50% between 6 PM to 12 PM one day before the travel date at 12 PM.
・Bus services will be suspended if the Shinhotaka 2nd Ropeway is closed due to bad weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
・ Bus attendants/drivers speak Japanese only.
・ Meal coupons can be used at Shinhotaka Ropeway facilities.
・Make sure to dress in warm layered clothing as it gets cold at night due to high altitude.
・Bringing your flashlight for the tour is recommended since the observatory is dark at night.
・You are not entitled to a refund if you cannot see stars during the tour.
・Delays might occur depending on the traffic, weather conditions, and congestion of sightseeing spots. We shall not be responsible for any losses or expenses caused by delays that are beyond our control. 
・Please review your boarding spot via Japan Bus Online before boarding. 
・Please present your E-ticket and exchange a paper ticket at the Takayama Nohi Bus Terminal or Hirayu Bus Terminal at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. 
・For passengers departing from Fukuji Yurimizaka, Shin Hirayu Onsen, or Nakao Hakusan Jinja, please note that there is no ticket counter. Please board the bus directly with your E-ticket
・Please arrive at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes before departure. 
・Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to your destination. 
・Fasten your seatbelt and remain seated when the bus is in motion.
