・Always wear your seatbelt while on the bus.
・Service may, on the judgment of management, be delayed or suspended due to strong winds, rain, storms, or other foul weather which may hinder safe operation.
・Actual arrival times may be earlier or later than those listed due to traffic conditions.
・For safety purposes, children under the age of three may not ride the bus. Carrying children or placing them one one’s lap while on the bus is also not allowed for safety reasons.
・Leaving one’s seat while the bus is in motion and the use of umbrellas (including parasols), smoking, and placing one’s hands or face outside the vehicle while on the bus is prohibited.
・The buses will not run in rainy weather. In the event of light showers, buses will be run with raincoats distributed to participants.
・Please note that during or after rainy weather, water droplets may fall from above when passing through tunnels or tree-lined avenues.
・Please note that as the bus has no roof, you will experience strong winds. Please also take appropriate measures to prevent sunburn in summer and wear appropriate clothing for cold weather in winter.
・Only beverages contained in sealable thermoses/water bottles or disposable plastic bottles may be brought onto the bus. Please refrain from bringing other types of beverages such as canned soft drinks.
Cancellation fee
JPY 100 per person before the departure time shown on your E-ticket.
Note: If you don't show up for a service and fail to cancel the reservation prior to scheduled departure, you are considered a no-show and all money associated with the reservation is forfeited.
