・For safety, please fasten the seat belt while the bus is moving.
・Pets are not allowed on the bus.
・Because of limited capacity with the trunk compartment, we might refuse passengers carrying large-sized luggage (such as bicycles, musical instruments) or restrict the number of baggage items that passengers can bring. 
・Large baggage can be kept in the trunk. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage.
・Due to road condition and any circumstances beyond our control, there might be significant delays, service suspension, termination of service (or even route change) once the bus is in operation.
・We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure  or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Advanced reservation is required.
・Cancellations can be made via the “ Manage my Booking” section of the Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.
・You cannot amend your reservations once you have purchased. If you would like to amend your reservation, please repurchase your ticket with the new requirement and then cancel your original reservation via the “ Manage My Booking “ Section of Japan Bus Online before the cancellation deadline indicated on your reservation detail.
