Important notice regarding this route.
  • Before boarding, please present your E-ticket, either as a printed copy or on your mobile phone or smartphone.
  • If your ticket is lost, it cannot be reissued. You will need to purchase a new ticket.
  • Once the departure time shown on your ticket has passed, the ticket becomes invalid and cannot be changed or refunded.
  • Before boarding, please check your boarding location on Japan Bus Online. As buses depart on schedule, please arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
  • To cancel and receive a refund, please complete the cancellation through "Manage My Booking" on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline shown in your booking details. A cancellation fee will apply.
  • Changes cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online after the ticket has been purchased. If you wish to change your reservation, please make a new booking first and then cancel your original booking via "Manage My Booking" on the Japan Bus Online website.

    Important notice from operating bus company

    • If you miss your bus, no refund or transfer to another bus will be provided.

    • The bus departs on schedule. Even if you contact us in advance, we are unable to delay the departure. If you are not present at the departure time, we will depart as scheduled and will not contact you by phone.

    • Bus services may be canceled if we determine that passenger safety cannot be ensured due to road conditions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, the fare will be refunded in full with no cancellation fee. However, no other compensation will be provided.

    • Arrival at your destination may be significantly delayed due to traffic, weather, or other factors. Please allow sufficient time when making connections to trains or other transportation. Refunds will not be provided for delays. In the event that a delay causes you to require taxi transportation or overnight accommodation, we will not be responsible for any related expenses.

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.

    • For your safety, please keep your seat belt fastened while the bus is in motion.

    • Baggage

      • Please note that the company assumes no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or other problems involving your baggage.
      • Each passenger is limited to approximately two pieces of baggage: one piece stored in the luggage compartment and one piece brought on board.
      • If you are carrying skis, a snowboard, or a golf bag, you may store one ski/snowboard/golf bag plus one additional piece of baggage in the luggage compartment. You may also bring one piece of baggage into the bus as usual.
      • Pets are not permitted on board. However, assistance dogs such as guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs are permitted to accompany passengers.
      • Mobile batteries and products containing lithium-ion batteries (such as laptops, smartphones, and tablets) must not be placed in the luggage compartment. Please bring them on board as carry-on items and keep them within your sight and under your own supervision.
      • The bus has limited luggage storage space. If you have a large amount of baggage or oversized items, please arrange for them to be sent to your destination in advance by courier or other delivery service. We kindly ask that you travel as lightly as possible.

      Items that can be stored in the luggage compartment:

      • Travel bags and suitcases
      • Skis and snowboards
        Please be sure to place them in a protective case before storing them in the luggage compartment.
      • Golf bags

      Musical instruments:

      • Musical instruments such as guitars and violins cannot be stored in the luggage compartment.
      • You may bring a musical instrument on board by purchasing a child fare and reserving an additional seat specifically for the instrument.

      Seats

      • The bus operates with 4-across seating.
      • Please take any available seat after boarding.
      • You may be required to share a seat with another passenger, regardless of gender.
      • There is no restroom on the bus, and there are no restroom breaks during the journey.
