【Information about boarding】
①Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or E-ticket by your mobile/smart phone prior to boarding. Please note that you may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
②Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Bus leaves on time and you must come to the boarding spot prior to departure.

【Cancellations】
①Cancellations can be made on Japan bus Online by yourself only if the request is made 1 hour before the bus leaves the first boarding spot.
②On your departure day, cancellations can be made at Customer Support center ,KOBO Co., Ltd. by the time when the bus leaves the first boarding spot.

【Mid-journey refreshment breaks】
①A short halt for toilets or refreshments will be made along the way at a service area if you are taking a daytime bus.
However, please note that it will not be made if you are taking an overnight bus.  A bus driver will tell you what time you need to get back to the bus after toilet and refreshment breaks.
 We kindly ask for your cooperation to come back to the bus within designated time.

【Luggage alllowance】
We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limitations.
①Snowboards, skiboards, surfboards, folding bicycles and fishing poles/rods are not allowed to bring onto the bus.
②Any fragile items and valuables items should not be stowed in the storage. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage.
