Important notice regarding this route.
・Please show your E-ticket before boarding, either printed or on your mobile device/smartphone.
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. If your ticket is lost, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
・Once the departure time stated on the ticket has passed, the ticket will become invalid. No changes or refunds (cancellations) will be accepted after the departure time.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on time, so arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) must be made via the “Manage My Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline listed in your booking details. A designated cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes or cancellations after ticket purchase cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your booking, you must make a new reservation and then cancel the original ticket via “Manage My Booking” on the website.

On some days, buses without onboard restrooms may be used. If you feel unwell during the trip, please inform the driver. The bus will stop at the nearest service area.

Baggage
Luggage space is limited, and large items may not be accepted. Please bring only essential luggage and consider using a delivery service for large items.
Fragile items and valuables should not be placed in the luggage compartment. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
Passengers are responsible for loading their own luggage.

Hazardous materials, items with strong odors, unsanitary items, animals (except approved pets), or items that may disturb other passengers.
Snowboards, skis, surfboards, folding bicycles, and fishing rods are not accepted.
Wheelchairs
Foldable wheelchairs can be stored in the luggage compartment. Electric wheelchairs are not accepted.

Service Suspension and Delays
Services may be canceled due to road conditions, weather, or other safety concerns. In such cases, fares will be refunded without a cancellation fee.
Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions. Refunds will not be provided for delays, and we cannot cover taxi or accommodation expenses caused by late arrival.
