Rest Stops
Passengers may leave the bus only at rest areas announced by the driver.
A departure time notice will be displayed at the bus entrance. Please return to the bus before the designated time. The bus will depart on time, and we are not responsible for passengers who miss the bus.
Multiple buses may stop at the same rest area. Please check the bus license plate and destination display before boarding.
At some stops made for vehicle inspection or driver rest, passengers may not leave the bus.
Onboard Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi service is available but capacity is limited. Connection may be slow or unstable if many passengers use it at the same time.
Baggage
Luggage space is limited, and large items may not be accepted. Please bring only essential luggage and consider using a delivery service for large items.
Fragile items and valuables should not be placed in the luggage compartment. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
Passengers are responsible for loading their own luggage.
Items Not Allowed
Hazardous materials, items with strong odors, unsanitary items, animals (except approved pets), or items that may disturb other passengers.
Snowboards, skis, surfboards, folding bicycles, and fishing rods are not accepted.
Wheelchairs
Foldable wheelchairs can be stored in the luggage compartment. Electric wheelchairs are not accepted.
Service Suspension and Delays
Services may be canceled due to road conditions, weather, or other safety concerns. In such cases, fares will be refunded without a cancellation fee.
Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions. Refunds will not be provided for delays, and we cannot cover taxi or accommodation expenses caused by late arrival.
Onboard Etiquette
Please fasten your seat belt while the bus is in motion.
Please set your mobile phones to silent mode and refrain from phone calls.
When eating or drinking, please be considerate of other passengers and avoid food with strong odors.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, including electronic cigarettes
