【Information about boarding】
① Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or E-ticket on your mobile/smart phone prior to boarding. Please note that you may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
② Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Bus leaves on time and you must come to the boarding spot prior to departure.
① Cancellations can be made on Japan bus Online by yourself only if the request is made 1 hour before the bus leaves the first boarding spot.
② On your departure day, cancellations can be made through our Customer Support Center ,KOBO Co., Ltd. by the time when the bus leaves the first boarding spot.
