・Ticket refunds (cancellations) must be made via the "Manage my Booking" section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in the "Reservation Details." In this case, a handling fee will be charged.
・Changes or cancellations after ticket purchase cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you want to change your reservation, please make a new booking and then cancel the original reservation via "Manage my Booking" on the Japan Bus Online website.
