・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. If your ticket is lost, a new ticket purchase is required.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on time, so arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) must be made via the “Manage My Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline listed in your booking details. A designated cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes or cancellations after ticket purchase cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your booking, you must make a new reservation and then cancel the original ticket via “Manage My Booking” on the website.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Boarding may be refused if a passenger is intoxicated or wearing unclean clothing, which may disturb other passengers. In such cases, fares will not be refunded according to the Terms of Carriage.
・Smoking is prohibited in all seats on the bus.
・Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from making calls during the ride.
・Arrival times may vary due to weather, road conditions, or traffic. In winter, buses may drive slower for safety due to snow or ice.
・Trunk baggage is limited to one carry-on sized bag per person.
・Mobile batteries should not be stored in the trunk due to the risk of fire from heat or damage. Please keep them with you.
・Passengers should carry valuables and fragile items with them. The bus company is not responsible for any loss or damage.
・Large items such as skis, snowboards, or folding bicycles (over 10kg, 0.027m³, or 1m) cannot be carried on the bus or in the trunk. Please use a delivery service. Pets are not allowed.
・Tickets are only valid for the designated bus and departure time noted on the ticket. Missing the departure time voids the ticket, and no refunds or changes can be made afterward. A cancellation fees apply if canceled in advance.
・If the bus is equipped with a toilet, there will be no stops at service areas for restroom breaks. The bus may stop a few times for driver changes or vehicle inspections, but passengers cannot leave the bus during these stops.
・During peak periods, additional buses may operate with 4-seat rows and no toilets, but the fare remains the same. Blankets and other amenities are not provided, and arrival times may be delayed due to stops at service areas.
・For emergency contact, please provide a phone number where the passenger can be reached promptly when making a reservation if possible.
