・Please check your boarding location on Japan Bus Online before boarding. Buses depart on time, so please arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
・Refunds (cancellations) must be made via “Manage my Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in your “Reservation Details.” A designated cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes cannot be made after purchasing your ticket. If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel it and make a new booking. Cancellations can be made via “Manage my Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Passengers who are heavily intoxicated or dressed in an unclean manner, and may cause inconvenience to other passengers, may be refused boarding. In such cases, no refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of carriage.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited on board.
・Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from making phone calls.
・Arrival times may vary depending on weather and road conditions on the day. In winter, buses may operate at reduced speeds for safety due to snow or icy roads. 
・Each passenger may store only one piece of luggage （a suitcase size) in the trunk.
・Oversized items such as skis, snowboards, and folding bicycles (weighing over 10 kg, exceeding a total volume of 0.027 cubic meters, or longer than 1 meter) are not permitted on board, including in the trunk. Please use a delivery service. Pets are not allowed.
・For safety reasons, mobile batteries (power banks) must not be stored in the trunk due to the risk of fire caused by heat, impact, or damage. Please keep them with you at all times.
・Please keep valuables and fragile items with you. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
・Tickets are valid only for the bus specified on the ticket. Tickets become invalid after the departure time shown on the ticket. After that, no refunds or reservation changes can be made. Cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your ticket.
・When operated with a bus equipped with a restroom, there will be no rest stops at service areas. The bus may stop several times for driver changes or vehicle inspections, but passengers are not allowed to get off the bus during these stops.
・Additional buses during peak periods may be operated using 4-row sightseeing buses without restrooms (fares are the same as other services). Blankets and other onboard amenities are not provided. As these buses may take rest breaks at service areas, arrival times may be delayed.
・For emergency contact purposes, please provide a phone number where the passenger can be reached promptly when making a reservation.
