・Smoking on the bus is prohibited.
・ You are required to wear a seat belt by law. We kindly ask your cooperation to do so.
・Please switch your mobile phone to silent mode, and refrain from talking on it during your ride.
・Any fragile items and valuables items should not be stowed in the storage compartment  in any circumstances, but should be taken on board as a hand luggage. Passengers are allowed to store one piece of suitcase per passenger for free of charge in the storage compartment. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage. 
・Due to road condition and any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time may change. We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Reservations opens one month and a day before you travel.
・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. The bus leaves on time and you are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.
・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smartphone before departure.  You may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
・Cancellations can be made via the “ Manage my Booking” section of the Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee is required after the payment is completed.
・ Amendments and cancellations AFTER you purchase your ticket cannot be made over the phone, or/and on Japan Bus Online Website. If you would like to change your reservation, please make another reservation with new requirements, and cancel your original reservation through “ Manage my Booking” on the Japan Bus Online Website. 
・ Reservation cannot be made for buses departing from Yatabe-shako. 
Seats are on first-come-first-served basis subject to a fixed seating capacity. Please take the next available bus service if the bus is fully-occupied. 
・ Children under the age of 6 can travel free of charge, however If you would like your child to sit in his/her own seat, you will be charged the child fare
