Important notice regarding this route.
・Reservations are required for buses to Narita Airport. If seats are available, you may also board by purchasing a ticket at the time of boarding or paying the fare on the bus, but we recommend making a reservation in advance.
・Advance reservations are not accepted for buses departing from Narita Airport. Please purchase your ticket at the Keisei  Bus Ticket Counter of Narita Airport before boarding.
・Please present your E-ticket before boarding, either as a printed copy or on your mobile device/smartphone.
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. In such cases, a new ticket must be purchased.
・Before boarding, please check your boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on schedule, so please arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before your reserved departure time.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) can be made via the “Manage my Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in your booking details. Applicable fees will be charged.
・Changes or cancellations after purchasing a ticket cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. To modify your reservation, you must make a new booking and cancel the previous one via the “Manage my Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website.
