・Before boarding, please show your E-ticket either printed or on your mobile device/smartphone.
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. If your ticket is lost, you will need to purchase a new one.
・If you miss the bus departure time indicated on your ticket, the ticket will become invalid and no changes or refunds will be accepted.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on time, so please arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
・Ticket refunds /cancellations must be made via “Manage My Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in your “Reservation Details.” A cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes to tickets cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your reservation, please make a new booking and then cancel your original reservation via “Manage My Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website.

Important notice from operating bus company
• Only one piece of luggage per person (about one suitcase) can be stored in the bus trunk. If you have more than that, please use a courier service.
• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of luggage unless it is due to gross negligence by the bus operator.
• Please keep valuables and personal items with you on the bus.
• Cardboard boxes are not suitable for bus transportation; please ask a cargo/delivery company to handle them.
• Please sit in any available seat on the bus. 
• There are no scheduled rest stops, so please use the onboard toilet.
• While onboard, set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone.
• The bus may sometimes brake suddenly due to road conditions. Please remain seated at all times.
• Departure and arrival times may change due to traffic conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Delays may occur due to road or weather conditions. Please understand this in advance. Fares will not be refunded for delays. Even if you arrive late and need to take a taxi or stay overnight, we are not responsible for those costs.
• Lithium-ion batteries used in mobile battery chargers may catch fire if exposed to high temperatures, shock, or damage. Please do not store them in the bus trunk, and when charging, keep them with you where you can monitor them.
