Important notice regarding this route.
・Please show your E-ticket before boarding, either printed or on your mobile device/smartphone.
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. If your ticket is lost, a new ticket purchase is required.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on time, so arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) must be made via the “Manage My Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline listed in your booking details. A designated cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes or cancellations after ticket purchase cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your booking, you must make a new reservation and then cancel the original ticket via “Manage My Booking” on the website.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Reservations are available only for services to Narita Airport. For travel from Narita Airport, tickets must be purchased in advance at the ticket counters or automated ticket machines at each terminal.
・Services bound for Narita Airport operate on a reservation-based (seating is first-come, first-served). Please purchase your ticket by the day before departure and arrive at the bus stop in advance.
・Passengers without a ticket may board only if seats are available. In this case, the fare must be paid in cash on board. Boarding will begin after all reserved passengers have boarded. To ensure on-time departure, we kindly ask that you purchase your ticket by the day before.
・Checked baggage stored in the luggage compartment is limited to one suitcase per passenger. For additional baggage, please use a parcel delivery service.
・Boarding is not possible if the bus is full. When traveling to Narita Airport, advance reservations are strongly recommended.
・Occupying seats with luggage or personal belongings is strictly prohibited. Please store items in the overhead rack, at your feet, or in the luggage compartment.
・The operating company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to baggage, except in cases of gross negligence. 
・For your safety, seat belts must be worn at all times while the bus is in motion.
・Please set smartphones and mobile phones to silent mode and refrain from making phone calls inside the bus.
・Please avoid speaking loudly or making excessive noise. Ensure that sound from headphones or earphones does not leak.
