Important notice regarding this route.
・ We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limitations. If the size of your luggage does not comply with our size limitations, please arrange to carry your luggage by express courier before you travel.　When using the trunk compartment, you might be asked to load and unload your luggage into the storage compartment by your own.
・ We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your luggage.
・You are allowed to take 1 piece of luggage that complies with following weight & size limitations on board.
- Less than 30 kg in total.
- Less than 50cm x 60cm x 120cm in total exterior dimensions.(length + width + height).
・Prohibited items
- Snowboards, skis, surfboards, musical instruments, folding bicycles, dangerous goods such as explosives, combustibles, flammable items, etc.
・If you bring pets on board the bus (including in the trunk), please place them in a small basket and keep them from sticking out, with consideration for other passengers.
・ Due to road or weather conditions, natural disasters, vehicle breakdown, or any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time may change. We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares, or any extra costs of missing flights caused by any delays.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Reservations opens one month before you travel.
・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. The bus leaves on time and you are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.
・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smartphone before departure.  You may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
・Cancellations can be made via the “ Manage my Booking” section of the Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee is required after the payment is completed.
・ Amendments and cancellations AFTER you purchase your ticket cannot be made over the phone, or/and on Japan Bus Online Website. If you would like to change your reservation, please make another reservation with new requirements, and cancel your original reservation through “ Manage my Booking” on the Japan Bus Online Website. 
・ Bus bounds for Narita Airport has a fixed seating capacity quota system.  You will be guaranteed a seat on board, but not a particular seat. Please do not occupy any vacant seats by placing your personal belongings.
・ Reservation cannot be made for buses departing from Narita Airport. Please purchase your tickets at bus ticketing counter of your arriving terminal upon arrival.
・ To ensure safety and not to exceed the bus seating capacity, please purchase a child ticket and secure a seat for children under the age of 6. If there are unpaid children who do not secure a seat, bus operation might be disrupted due to overcapacity. Please refrain from riding on parent's lap as this is dangerous. A child car seat cannot be used on the bus.
・ Bus attendants can be communicated in Japanese only.
