・All seats are reserved. Please sit in the assigned seat indicated on your ticket.
・Passengers may bring carry-on luggage (including items stored in the trunk) within the following limits. Luggage exceeding these limits may be refused. For large items, please use a courier service in advance.

- Maximum weight: 10 kg
- Maximum volume: 0.027 m³
・Large luggage such as suitcases within the above limits may be stored in the trunk at approximately one item per passenger. However, valuables, expensive items, and fragile items must not be placed in the trunk and should be kept with you at all times. The bus company assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage.
・Rest stops and break times during the trip may be changed due to road or weather conditions.
・Services may be suspended if safe operation cannot be ensured due to road conditions, weather, or other factors. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued without any charges; however, no other compensation will be provided.
・Please note that significant delays may occur due to road or weather conditions. Refunds will not be issued for delays. The bus company will not be responsible for any taxi fares, accommodation costs, or other expenses incurred due to late arrival.
・If it becomes difficult to continue operation due to road conditions, weather, or other factors, the bus may return to the departure point or change its destination.

・Please set mobile phones to silent mode and refrain from behavior that may disturb other passengers. Please also ensure that sounds from portable game devices and music players do not inconvenience others.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Please show your E-ticket before boarding, either printed or on your mobile device/smartphone.
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. If your ticket is lost, a new ticket purchase is required.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on time, so arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) must be made via the “Manage My Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline listed in your booking details. Designated cancellation fees will apply.
・Changes or cancellations after ticket purchase cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your booking, you must make a new reservation and then cancel the original ticket via “Manage My Booking” on the website.
