Important notice regarding this route.
* Reservations can be made for buses departing from or arriving at Tokyo Disneyland.
However, reservations cannot be made for boarding from Narita International Airport.
If you want to board at Narita Airport, please purchase a ticket on the day of travel at the bus ticket counter in each terminal.

・Please show your E-ticket before boarding, either printed or on your mobile device/smartphone.
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. If your ticket is lost, a new ticket purchase is required.
・Once the departure time stated on the ticket has passed, the ticket will become invalid. No changes or refunds (cancellations) will be accepted after the departure time.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on time, so arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) must be made via the “Manage My Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline listed in your booking details. A designated cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes or cancellations after ticket purchase cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your booking, you must make a new reservation and then cancel the original ticket via “Manage My Booking” on the website.

・Each passenger can store one suitcase in the luggage compartment. As space is limited, we may refuse additional items depending on availability. Please use a delivery service in advance for large baggage.
・We are not liable for any loss or damage to baggage.
・Folding bicycles, skis, and snowboards cannot be brought into the bus. They can be stored in the luggage compartment, however space is limited and may not be available.
・Valuables and electronic devices cannot be checked in. Please carry them onboard and keep them under your own supervision.
・Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions. Please allow sufficient time when planning your trip. Refunds will not be issued for delays. In the event that arrival at your destination is delayed and results in taxi fares or accommodation costs, we cannot assume any responsibility for such expenses.
・Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the bus (including the restroom).
・Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and be considerate of other passengers. Kindly ensure that sounds from handheld gaming devices or portable music players do not disturb others.
・For safety reasons, please fasten your seatbelt while the bus is in motion.
