Important notice regarding this route.
・Please check your boarding location on Japan Bus Online before boarding. Buses depart on time, so please arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you are not at the boarding point at departure time, we will not contact you even if you have a reservation. Refunds will not be issued if you miss the bus.
・Please present your E-ticket on your mobile phone or smartphone before boarding. If you lose your ticket, it cannot be reissued and you will need to purchase a new one.
・To request a refund (cancellation), please complete the procedure via “Manage My Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in your booking details. A designated cancellation fee will apply.

・Large luggage can be stored in the underfloor trunk. Please load and unload your luggage by yourself. If you get off at an intermediate stop, be sure not to forget your belongings.
