2023-2024 OPERATION PERIOD:
23 December 2023 until 9 March 2024 as to Haneda-to-Hakuba
24 December 2023 until 10 March 2024 as to Hakuba-to-Haneda

・ Children below the age of 6, if accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat, will be free of charge. If you would like your infant to occupy a seat, please purchase a child ticket for him/her
・ Please make sure the bus stop location before boarding
・ Passengers are advised to be at the bus stop 10 minutes in advance of the published time 
・ Cancellation policy: 100 yen for cancellation fee will be charged before journey. After departure you reserved, you will be charged 100% cancellation fee
 * Cancellation due to the delay of flight will be charged 100 yen for cancellation fee
・ Passengers who are not at the bus stop after scheduled departure time are not guaranteed a seat assignment
・ The bus schedule may be adjusted subject to traffic and weather conditions without prior notice to passengers
・ Rest stops (15 minutes) are scheduled every two hours at Dangozaka Service Area and Azusagawa Service Area
・ Smoking on buses is strictly prohibited
・ Pets are not allowed on bus and trunk
・ A maximum of 6 seats can be booked at one time.
  (If you need to book for more than 6 travelers you will have to re-complete the booking process for the additional travelers.)

【Information about boarding】
・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or E-ticket by your mobile/smart phone prior to boarding. Please note that you may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Passengers are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.

【Cancellations】
・Cancellations can be made on “ Manage my Booking” of Japan Bus Online website, by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.

・Luggage space on the bus is limited. If you have a large amount of luggage, we recommend that you mail them to the hotel in advance.
