Carry-on / Checked Baggage Allowance
Passengers may bring baggage on board (including the trunk) within the following limits. Items exceeding these limits may be refused.
- Total volume: up to 0.027 m³ (approx. 30 × 30 × 30 cm) Weight: up to 10 kg Length: up to 1 m Quantity: 1–2 items per passenger
- If the total volume exceeds the limit, baggage may not be accepted.
Items Not Allowed on the Bus (Including Trunk)
- Explosives, flammable liquids, hazardous materials, high-pressure gas, etc.
- Knives or sharp objects
- Animals
- Pets are not allowed on highway buses.
- Guide dogs and service dogs are permitted.
- Large quantities of matches or fireworks
- Items that may disturb other passengers or damage the bus
Items Not Accepted in the Trunk
- Large items such as bicycles (including folding or bagged) and large instruments
- Skis and snowboards are not accepted on the Nagano–Osaka route
- Valuables, fragile items, precision equipment
- Perishable items
- Liquids or items with strong odors
Important Notes
- Passengers are responsible for managing their own baggage.
- Carry-on baggage must be placed at your seat or in the overhead rack near your seat.
Please be considerate of other passengers.
- The bus operator is not liable for loss, damage, or theft.
- Baggage handling conditions may change during the journey due to multiple stops.
