・Tickets can be reserved starting one month before the travel date.
・please show your E-ticket either as a printed copy or on your mobile phone or smartphone before boarding a bus.
・If you lose your ticket, it cannot be reissued, and you will need to purchase a new one.
・Please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online before your trip. The bus departs on time, so make sure to arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
・Please note that tickets will become invalid after the departure time of the designated bus.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) must be made through the "Manage My Booking" section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline specified in your reservation details. A designated cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes or cancellations after purchasing a ticket cannot be made via phone or Japan Bus Online. If you wish to modify your reservation, please make a new reservation and cancel the original one through "Manage My Booking" on the Japan Bus Online website.
