【Boarding Information】
･Bus leaves at the appointed schedule. Please arrive at the bus station 10 minutes before the departure time.
･Upon boarding,our staff will check your ticket. Please show the ticket by print-out or display with your cellphone.

【Changes/Cancellation】
･After purchase, changes cannot be made to your reservation. If changes need to be made, please cancel the original reservation and reserve the ticket again.
･Cancellations can be done at Japan Bus Online by 6pm on the day before the reserved departure date. 
･In cases of arriving past the departure time, payments are not refundable.
