・Tickets cannot be reissued. If lost, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
・If you arrive after the bus departure time indicated on your ticket, the ticket will become invalid. No changes or refunds will be accepted afterward.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on schedule, so please arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before the reserved departure time.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) can be made via the “Manage my Booking” page on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline specified in your booking details. A handling fee will apply.
・Changes after purchasing the ticket cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your reservation, you must make a new booking and cancel the original one via the “Manage my Booking” page on the Japan Bus Online website.
