・The boarding location for Tokyo Disneyland® is Tokyo Disneyland Bus Terminal West.
・The boarding location for Tokyo DisneySea® is Tokyo DisneySea Bus Terminal South.
・Please show your E-ticket before boarding, either printed or on your mobile device/smartphone.
・Tickets cannot be reissued. If lost, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
・If you arrive after the bus departure time indicated on your ticket, the ticket will become invalid. No changes or refunds will be accepted afterward.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on schedule, so please arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before the reserved departure time.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) can be made via the “Manage my Booking” page on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline specified in your booking details. A handling fee will apply.
・Changes after purchasing the ticket cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your reservation, you must make a new booking and cancel the original one via the “Manage my Booking” page on the Japan Bus Online website.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Passengers may bring hand luggage on board (including the trunk room) within the following limits. Luggage exceeding these limits may be refused. For large items, please use a courier service in advance.

・Large hand luggage (within the above limits), such as suitcases, can be stored in the trunk room, usually one piece per person. However, valuables, cash, and fragile items cannot be stored in the trunk room and must be kept with you. The company does not assume responsibility for loss or damage of hand luggage.
・Rest stops and break times may change due to road or weather conditions.
・If it is determined that passenger safety cannot be ensured due to road, weather, or other conditions, the bus may be canceled. In case of cancellation, a refund will be issued without any handling fee, but no other compensation will be provided.
・Significant delays in arrival may occur due to road or weather conditions. Please understand that refunds will not be issued for delays. The bus company is not responsible for any costs incurred, such as taxis or accommodation, due to late arrival.
・If continuing the journey becomes difficult due to road, weather, or other conditions, the bus may return to the departure point or change the destination.
・Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited on the bus (including the restroom).
・Please set mobile phones to silent mode and avoid disturbing other passengers. Likewise, please ensure that sound from handheld gaming devices or music players does not disturb others.
・For safety, please wear your seat belt while the bus is in motion.
