Important notice from operating bus company
・Please show your E-ticket or display the E-ticket on your mobile phone or smartphone before boarding.
・If you lose your ticket, it cannot be reissued, so you will need to purchase a new ticket.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. The bus will depart on schedule, so please arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before the reserved departure time.
・Refunds (cancellations) of tickets must be made via the "Manage my Booking" section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in the reservation details. A cancellation fee will be charged in this case.
・Changes or cancellations after purchasing tickets cannot be made by phone or via Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your reservation, please make a new booking and then cancel the previous one via the "Manage my Booking" section on the Japan Bus Online website.
