Important notice regarding this route.
・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smartphone before departure. 
・If you lose your ticket, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
・Cancellations can be made via the “ Manage my Booking” section of the Japan Bus Online website until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.
・Changes cannot be made over the phone or via the Japan Bus Online website after purchasing a ticket.
 If you wish to change your reservation, please make a new reservation and cancel your original one via the "Manage my Booking" section on the Japan Bus Online.

Important notice from operating bus company
・If you have a connecting flight ticket departing from Kobe Airport, please allow yourself plenty of time for your journey. Please note that we do not offer refunds for fares in case of bus delays.
・Please wear your seatbelt while the bus is in motion.
・Smoking is prohibited both inside the bus and at bus stops.
・Please refrain from talking on your mobile phone in the bus. To avoid disturbing other passengers, please set your phone to silent mode or turn it off.
・There is no restrooms on the bus.
・Small animals are not allowed inside the bus or in the luggage compartment.
The following items are not allowed on board:
Knives and other sharp objects, bicycles, sports equipment, hazardous materials, dirty or unclean items, suitcases exceeding the specified size limits

Allowed baggage: Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of luggage.
Size limit: The total dimensions (height + width + depth) must not exceed 100 cm, and the weight must not exceed 10 kg.
Larger luggage must be stored in the trunk.

・Trunk space is limited, so we may refuse large baggage. Please use a delivery service in advance for large luggage. 
・When using the trunk, passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their luggage themselves.
・We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of luggage.
・Departure and arrival times may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
・In the event of a delay in reaching your destination, we will not cover the cost of taxis, accommodations, or any related expenses.
