・Reservations are required only for boarding at Kyoto Station. If there are available seats on the day, you may board without a reservation.
・Reservations are not available for buses from the Sanda area (Sanda City or the outlet) to Kyoto Station. If seats are available, you may board without a reservation
・Trunk luggage can only be loaded or unloaded at the bus terminals at the departure and arrival points. Please place your items in the trunk yourself.
・Please carry your hand luggage inside the bus.
・Do not place valuables, fragile items, or perishable goods in the trunk.
・The bus company is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of luggage.
・Wearing a seat belt is mandatory on the bus.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Reservations are only available for departures from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit. (Reservations cannot be made from Kobe-Sanda Premium Outlets or Sanda City.)
・If seats are available, you may board without a reservation.
・Please present your E-ticket when boarding and alighting. (If you printed the ticket, please hand it to the driver when getting off.)
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. You will be required to purchase a new ticket.
・Before boarding, please confirm the bus stop location on Japan Bus Online. Please make sure to arrive at the stop at least 10 minutes before departure time.
・The bus departs on schedule. If you miss the bus, your ticket cannot be refunded.
・Refunds (cancellations) can be made through the “Manage my Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in your “Reservation Details.” A cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes or cancellations after ticket purchase cannot be made by phone. If you wish to change your reservation, please make a new booking and then cancel the original one through “Manage my Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website.
