Important notice regarding this route.

・To passengers boarding at Nishiawa, Ohara Interchange or Sayohirafuku, please note the bus bounds for Tottori is at the opposite side of the road.

Items that can be brought as carry-on luggage (free of charge, including trunks):

Total weight: 10 kg, Total volume: 0.027 m³ (cubic meters) (approx. 30 cm in height, width, and depth), Maximum length: 1 meter

Items that cannot be brought (including trunks):

Bicycles (even if stored in a bike bag), pets (including small animals, wild animals, snakes, etc.), and unclean items (items with strong odors, etc.)

Additionally, as luggage in the trunk is stacked, please refrain from storing the following items:

Valuables, fragile items, precision equipment, musical instruments, raw seafood or perishable items that may leak water and liquids, items that may damage other luggage, sharp objects such as ice axes or trekking poles

・Please keep valuables with you at all times and do not store them in the trunk.

・We are not responsible for any issues such as mistaken exchanges, damage, loss, or theft of luggage.

・ For large luggage, we recommend using a delivery service in advance.

・You are allowed only one piece of suitcase in the trunk.

・Reservations can be made starting one month before the travel date.

・Please check the travel date, destination, and departure time on your ticket, and arrive at the boarding location at least 10 minutes before departure.

・Please fasten your seatbelt at all times while seated.

・Smoking is prohibited in all seats. Additionally, please refrain from using mobile phones inside the bus as it may disturb other passengers.

・Tickets are only valid for the designated bus service. If you miss the service, the ticket will be null and void.
