Important notice regarding this route.
・Please present your e-ticket before boarding, either printed or on your mobile phone or smartphone.
・If your ticket is lost, it cannot be reissued. You will need to purchase a new ticket.
・If you miss the departure time stated on your ticket, it will become invalid and cannot be changed or refunded.
・Please check your boarding location on Japan Bus Online before boarding. Buses depart on time, so please arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
・To request a refund (cancellation), please do so via “Manage My Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in your booking details. A　designated cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online after purchase. If you wish to make changes, please make a new reservation and cancel your existing booking via “Manage My Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website.

Important notice from operating bus company
Reservations are accepted from one month prior to the boarding date.
All seats are reserved. However, if there are vacant seats on the day, you may board without a reservation.
Buses are generally equipped with a restroom. However, vehicle equipment may change without prior notice depending on the bus in operation.
For large luggage, we recommend using a delivery service in advance.

1. Carry-on baggage (free of charge, including trunk storage):

Total volume: up to 0.027 m³ (approx. 30 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm)

2. Items not allowed (including trunk storage):
- Bicycles (not allowed even if packed in a carrying bag)
- Pets (including small animals, as well as dangerous animals such as snakes)
-Unsanitary items (items with strong odors)
Please keep valuables with you at all times and do not place them in the trunk. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, mix-up, or theft of baggage.
As luggage in the trunk will be stacked, please refrain from placing the following items in the trunk:
- Valuables, fragile items, precision equipment
- Musical instruments
- Perishable items such as fish, or items containing liquids that may leak
- Sharp or hazardous items (e.g., ice axes, trekking poles)
- Items that may damage or soil other luggage
・In principle, each passenger may store only one suitcase in the trunk.
・Services may be suspended if safe operation cannot be ensured due to road, weather, or other conditions. In such cases, tickets will be refunded without a cancellation fee; however, no further compensation will be provided.
・Delays may occur due to road or weather conditions. Please note that refunds will not be issued for delays. We are not responsible for any additional costs such as taxi fares or accommodation due to delays.
・For safety, please fasten your seatbelt while the bus is in motion.
・Please switch your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from making calls on board. When using devices for messaging, ・please be considerate and ensure no sound is emitted.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited on board, including in the restroom and the use of electronic cigarettes.
