・You are allowed to store one piece of luggage per passanger that meets the restrictions below. We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limitations.
- The total combined weight limit is 10 kg , 
- sum of the 3 dimensions (length+breadth+height) must not exceed 1meters.
- The limitation of the capacity must be less than 0.27㎡.
・Snowboards, skis, surfboards and folding bicycles are not allowed to bring onto the bus. Any fragile items and valuables items should not be stowed in the storage compartment  in any circumstances, but should be taken on board as a hand luggage. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage.
・Due to road condition and any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time may change.
・We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.

・Either the bus of Simotsui Dentestu (Shimoden), Ryobi Holdings, Tosaden, JR Shikoku is operated on this route. 
・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smart phone prior to departure.
・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Bus leaves on time and you  are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.
・Smoking on buses is strictly prohibited.
・Please switch your mobile phone to silent mode, and refrain from talking on it during your ride.
・Cancellations can be made via “ Manage my Booking” section of Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.
・You cannot amend your reservations once you have purchased. If you would like to amend your reservation, please repurchase your ticket with new requirement and then cancel your original reservation via “ Manage My Booking “ Section of Japan Bus Online before cancellation deadline indicated on your reservation detail .
