Luggage Policy:
・Any fragile items and valuables items should not be stowed in the storage compartment in any circumstances.
・We are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage unless you can prove that the damage resulted from an act with an intention to cause damage by operating bus company.
・ We are not be liable for fair wear and tear of baggage from normal rigors of transportation.
・Snowboards, skiboards, surfboards, folding bicycles, musical instruments and dangerous goods are not allowed to bring onto the bus.（ Items less than 1 meter in length is allowed in accordance with conditions of carriage） 
・We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limitations. Please arrange to carry your luggage by express courier in advance
・Bringing any living creature except for trained guide dogs or service dogs that are being used by person with disability is prohibited on night bus services.
・Japan Bus Online provides one-way tickets( Adults and Children) only.

Changes and Refunds:

You cannot amend your reservations once you have purchased. If you would like to amend your reservation, please repurchase your ticket with new requirement and then cancel your original reservation via “ Manage My Booking “ Section of Japan Bus Online before cancellation deadline indicated on your reservation detail .

・Please note that you may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
・You are not allowed to board a bus by showing your ID.
・Due to road/weather conditions and any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time may change. We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or transportation expenses caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrival. Neither discounts or refunds of your bus tickets are offered. 
・Buses will leave on time. You are required to come to the designated bus stop before the departure time noted on your ticket. 
・We may cancel our services if we judge that the safe operation cannot be secured due to bad weather and road conditions. We are not liable for the expenses arising from the cancellations of bus services, but you will be responsible for the travel and accommodation costs and arrangements.
