Important notice from operating bus company
  • To passengers boarding at Setoda Parking Area or Setoda Bus Stop, please note the bus bounds for Imabari is at the opposite side of the road.
  • You may use the luggage compartment for your baggage. When getting off the bus, please make sure to take your own baggage. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced baggage. The luggage compartment will be opened and closed by the driver. For your safety and to prevent accidents, please do not touch yourself.
  • Baggage placed in the luggage compartment must have a total of 1 meter or less when adding the length, width, and height together. Skis, snowboards, and similar items are not accepted. Please do not place valuables, fragile items, precision equipment, perishable items, or similar belongings in the luggage compartment.
  • Passengers are responsible for bringing and storing their own baggage, including baggage placed in the luggage compartment. Please note that baggage exceeding the above size limit may not be accepted depending on the available space in the luggage compartment.
  • Lithium-ion batteries, such as those used in mobile batteries/power banks, may overheat or catch fire if subjected to impact or damage. Therefore, power banks cannot be stored in the luggage compartment. Please keep them with you inside the bus and carry them in the cabin.
  • The bus may not depart or arrive at the scheduled time due to natural disasters, traffic congestion, road closures, or other circumstances.
  • The service may be suspended if the operator determines that passenger safety cannot be ensured due to road conditions, weather, or other factors. In the event of a service cancellation, a full refund without a cancellation fee will be provided. No other compensation will be provided.
  • Please note that significant delays in arriving at the destination may occur due to road or weather conditions. No refunds will be provided for delays. If a delay causes you to miss your onward transportation or requires you to use a taxi or stay overnight, we cannot cover any such expenses.
  • Smoking is prohibited on all seats.
