Regarding Luggage in the Bus Trunk

Please be aware that we cannot take any responsibility for damage, soiling, or loss of luggage placed in the

trunk of the highway bus. For items that may be damaged, valuables, precision instruments, large luggage, or

perishable items, we ask that you make your own arrangements (such as using a courier service).

Regarding Hand Luggage Each passenger is allowed to store up to 2 items in the trunk room.

Weight: Up to 30 kilograms, Total volume: Up to 0.25 cubic meters Length: The total of the three dimensions must be within 2 meters

Please note that the handling of the following items may vary depending on the operating company. Please

inquire in advance. Additionally, during busy periods or peak times, we may refuse to carry certain items.

・ Bicycles Only items that can be disassembled or folded and placed in a storage bag are allowed.

・Surfboards, Skis, Snowboards Only items within 2 meters and placed in a storage bag are allowed.

・ Golf Bags (Some companies do not allow them) Items within 2 meters are allowed. However, if the trunk is

full, we may refuse to carry them.

・ Musical Instruments Large instruments (such as cellos and double basses) are not allowed due to their

size. Additionally, they are not allowed inside the bus.

・ Pets (Except for legally recognized assistance dogs,

guide dogs, etc.) Pets can be carried in a dedicated cage or bag. However, if they cause inconvenience to

other passengers due to barking, odor, etc., or if there are passengers with animal allergies, the driver may ask you to disembark (please note that no refunds will be given in such cases)

・We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limitations.

・ Due to road conditions and any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time may change.

We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Important notice from operating bus company

・This bus route is operated by Tokushima Bus, Honshi Kaikyo Bus, Nankai Bus and Kansai Airport Transportation.

・Reservations opens one month and a day before you travel.

・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. The bus leaves on time and you are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.

・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smartphone before departure. You may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.

・Cancellations can be made via the “ Manage my Booking” section of the Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.

・ Amendments and cancellations AFTER you purchase your ticket cannot be made over the phone, or/and on Japan Bus Online Website. If you would like to change your reservation, please make another reservation with new requirements, and cancel your original reservation through “ Manage my Booking” on the Japan Bus Online Website.
