・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. If your ticket is lost, you will need to purchase a new one.
・If you miss the bus departure time indicated on your ticket, the ticket will become invalid and no changes or refunds will be accepted.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on time, so please arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
・Ticket refunds /cancellations must be made via “Manage My Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline stated in your “Reservation Details.” A cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes to tickets cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your reservation, please make a new booking and then cancel your original reservation via “Manage My Booking” on the Japan Bus Online website.

Important notice from operating bus company
・This line operates with 3-row independent seats with toilet.
・Along the way, buses bound for Hakata stop at Solene Shunan Roadside Station and Kishi Parking Area (Kyushu Expressway) for toilet breaks, while buses bound for Kudamatsu stop at Mito Service Area (Chugoku Expressway).
・All seats on the bus are reserved. Passengers without a reservation may not be able to board.
・Each passenger may store one piece of luggage in the trunk.
・Luggage must be within a total length of 100 cm and a total weight of 10 kg. For larger items, please use a courier service in advance.
・The following items cannot be brought onto the bus (inside or in the trunk):
 - Long items such as skis, snowboards, surfboards, golf bags, etc.
 - Bicycles (including folding bicycles)
 - Items that may be damaged (e.g., musical instruments)
 - Items that may inconvenience other passengers or dirty the bus interior
 - Animals (except service dogs for people with disabilities)
 - Items prohibited by law (explosives, high-pressure gas, hazardous materials, etc.)
・Please note that the company is not responsible for any damage to checked luggage.
・The bus departs on schedule. The bus will not wait for late passengers. No phone calls will be made if a passenger is absent at departure.
・The bus may be canceled if road or weather conditions or other factors make operation unsafe. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued, but no other compensation will be provided.
・Delays may occur due to road or weather conditions. Refunds will not be given for delays. The company is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to late arrival at the destination, such as taxi fares or accommodation.
・This bus is completely non-smoking. Smoking inside the bus is prohibited.
・For safety, please wear your seatbelt while the bus is in motion.
