Important notice regarding this route.
・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smartphone before departure.  
You may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. The bus leaves on time and you are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.
・Please confirm your arrival spot at your own discretion and risk. 
・Due to road condition and any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time may change. 
・We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.
・Cancellations can be made via “ Manage my Booking” section of Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.
・If you travel beyond the section indicated on the ticket, you will be charged the difference between the fare indicated at the time of booking and the fare for the actual section.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Advanced reservation is required.
・Smoking is prohibited in the bus. 
・Please fasten your seatbelt at all times while seated.
・Passengers are allowed to store one piece of suitcase per passenger for free of charge in the storage compartment.
If the size of your luggage does not comply with our size limitations, please arrange to carry your luggage by express courier before you travel.
・< Prohibited items on bus & trunk>
- Large & long luggage such as ski boards, snowboards, surfboards and golf bags etc.
- Bicycles including folding bicycles.
*For the bus service of Nishi Nippon Railroad, bicycle can be stored in the trunk compartment if it is put inside a carrying bag and has a total weight of not more than 30 kg and is no longer than 2m.
- Items that may be damaged (e.g. musical instruments)
- Items that may cause nuisance to other passengers or damage the interior of the vehicle.
- Animals  (except assistance dogs for disabled persons)
- Hazardous substances (explosives and flammable items)
We are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of baggage which are stored on the bus or in the bus compartment.  
・Bus leaves on scheduled departure time. Bus will not wait for any passengers even if you contact us in advance. 
We have no responsibility to call any passengers who may be running late or is a no-show.
