Important notice regarding this route.
- For passengers using the SUNQ Pass, you cannot make a reservation via Japan Bus Online. Please call Kumamoto Highway Bus Reservation Center directly for enquiry (Tel: +81-(0)96-325-0352）.
- Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smart phone prior to departure / upon getting off the bus.
- Please note that you may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
- Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Bus leaves on time and you  are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.
- Please confirm your arrival spot at your own discretion and risk.
- Cancellations can be made via “ Manage my Booking” section of Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.
- Due to road condition and any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time may change.
- We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.

Important notice from operating bus company
- You are allowed to store luggage that meets the restrictions below.
The total combined weight limit is 30 kg , sum of the 3 dimensions (length+breadth+height) must not exceed 200 centimeters. 
We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limitations. If the size of your luggage does not comply with our size limitations, please arrange to carry your luggage by express courier in advance. Please load and unload your luggage into the storage compartment by your own.
- Snowboards, skis, surfboards and folding bicycles are not allowed to bring onto the bus. 
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage.
