Boarding

Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smartphone prior to departure.

Please note that you may have to repurchase a ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.

Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Bus leaves on time and you are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 5 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.

Please confirm your arrival spot at your own discretion and risk.

 

Luggage

Keep an eye on your personal belongings at all times.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage.

Due to storage capacity, one piece of luggage per passenger is allowed to stow in the luggage compartment. Less than 1 meter in total exterior dimensions, total weight of 10kg, and 50×60×120 cm cubic measures per piece.

Large items, fragile items, and valuables (folded bicycles, surfboards, musical instruments, purses) should not be stored in the luggage compartment. These items should be hand carried.

Dangerous items and animals except assistance dogs are not allowed to bring onto the bus.

We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limits. If the size of your luggage does not comply with our luggage restrictions, please arrange to carry your items by express courier in advance.

Possible delays of bus services during summer season

With the coming of summer holiday and the opening of Junglia Okinawa, traffic volumes are expected to increase on roads in Okinawa Prefecture, especially around Nago and Motobu.


There is a possibility that airport limousine buses will experience significant delays for the time being. Please make sure you allow sufficient time in using our services.


[Bus services expected to be delayed] 

Bound for Onna, Nago and Motobu: 

DE Area Bus Service: 77 (First departure from Naha Bus Terminal at 08:30)


Bound for Naha Airport: 

D Area Bus Service: 178 (First departure from Kanehide Kise Beach Palace at 13:10) /  

DE Area Bus Service: 188 (First departure from Hotel Orion Motobu Resort & Spa at 15:20)


Expected period of delay: From July 25, 2025 for the time being


*Congestion is also expected for bus services other than those mentioned above.


If you have a connecting flight, please allow at least 2 hours between the scheduled arrival time of the limousine bus at airport and the scheduled departure time of flight.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic congestion and no refund / compensation will be provided if you miss your flight.


【Precaution】
Please read the contents below. Thank you for your understanding.

Severe weather, natural disaster or social conditions may considerably delay or cancel bus route.
In the case of cancellation of bus route, passengers will be able to request for a change to our other bus route, or tickets paid will be entitled for a refund.

For the bus reservations, please ensure that you have ample time so as not to miss your connecting flight. Please book your bus ticket :-
※At least 2 hours before flight departure.
※At least 1 hour after flight arrival.
※ Additional time is necessary when connecting international flight. 

No refund for missing Limousine Bus by flight delay, however, no charge for transferring to another line. We cannot be held responsible for alternative transportations.
We will refund full amount in situation when significant predictable delay, however,
we cannot be held responsible for the actual cost of alternative transportation.

【Disclaimer】
In situations, such as heavy traffic , bad weather, or unexpected incident
which are not caused by our operation, we cannot compensate on following cases:
・The costs of alternative transportation and hotel accommodation fee 
for missing flight caused by bus delay. 
・the cancel charge caused by bus delay.
(for example, cancel charge for restaurant, leisure facilities and late check-in)  
・Any loss, damage or theft caused to luggage stowed in the bus trunk .
・Medical expenses for injuries or infections caused by passengers negligence in the bus.

・Children under the age of 3 can sit on your lap instead of using a seat, and in this case they travel for free.
・We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.
