Seats:
Some of the rear seats may be two-seater seats.
There may be times when we run buses with 4 rows of seats instead of 3 rows of seats during a peak season. 
Also, you may be assigned to sit next to an opposite gender when a bus is crowded.  

Luggage:
If you have luggage to stow into the compartment, please come to the ticket window for a luggage tag.
For those passengers boarding at a bus stop with no ticket window, please notify the bus driver that you have luggage to load into the trunk.
(Large items such as bicycles may not be accepted.)

Others:
- We ask your cooperation to come to "Odori Bus Center" or "Wakkanai Station Bus Terminal" 10 minutes before departure.
