Important notice from operating bus company
- Reservation opens one month before you travel.
- Please note that you need to repurchase the ticket if you have lost your ticket.
- Requests for a refund/cancellation of your ticket should be made before the cancellation deadline noted on your “Reservation Details” via “Manage my Booking” of Japan Bus Online Website. In case you would like to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Amendments and cancellations AFTER you purchase your ticket cannot be made over the phone, or/and on Japan Bus Online Website. If you would like to change your reservation, please make another reservation with new requirements, and cancel your original reservation through “ Manage my Booking” on Japan Bus Online Website.
