Important notice regarding this route.

・ Please complete the registration at Toyama Station (Bus Stop No 2) at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

・ Round trip transportation (Toyama <-> Shirakawago) and admission ticket to observation deck are included.

・ Participants will have to go up to the observation deck and go down to the village on foot (it takes about 20mins per way).

・ Capacity of the tour is limited to 40 participants per day.

・ Time of illumination: 17:30- 19:30

・ Due to road condition and any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time may change.

・ We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.

・Reservation Schedule

January 13, 2025 event: Reservation starts on October 4, 2024, 14:00

January 19, 2025 event: Reservation starts on October 11, 2024, 14:00

January 26, 2025 event: Reservation starts on October 18, 2024, 14:00

February 2, 2025 event: Reservation starts on October 25, 2024, 14:00

・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus.

・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smartphone before departure. You may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.

・Cancellations can be made via the “ Manage my Booking” section of the Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.

・ Amendments and cancellations AFTER you purchase your ticket cannot be made over the phone, or/and on Japan Bus Online Website. If you would like to change your reservation, please make another reservation with new requirements, and cancel your original reservation through “ Manage my Booking” on the Japan Bus Online Website.

・ NOTE: The ticket is a round-trip ticket to Toyama Station.
