Important notice regarding this route.
・ Capacity of underneath compartment is limited. We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limitations. If the size of your luggage does not comply with our size limitations, please arrange to carry your luggage by express courier before you travel. Please load and unload your luggage into the storage compartment by your own.
・Items that can be stored in the luggage compartment are limited to the following size:
 - Total dimensions (H, W, D) of not more than 155cm
- Passengers are allowed to store one piece of suitcase per passenger for free of charge in the storage compartment
・ We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your luggage.
・Snowboards, ski boards, surfboards, folding bicycles, musical instruments, fishing poles/rods, fragile and valuable items are not allowed to bring onto the bus
・Bringing any living creature except for trained guide dogs or service dogs that are being used by person with disability is prohibited on the bus.
・Please check and confirm the bus stop location on your own prior to boarding.  Even if you call, we are unable to guide you to the bus stop location.  Buses leave on time, and will not wait for any passengers arriving late. Therefore, please arrive at the bus stop approximately 20 mins in advance. 
・Boarding / alighting take places at designated bus stop only. No boarding / alighting is allowed at any other locations than bus stops. 
・ Boarding is not possible when the bus is about to depart from bus stop. Therefore, please arrive at the boarding spot ahead of the scheduled departure time. 

★Message to passengers boarding at Kobe Sannomiya" ★
Please arrive at the highway bus meeting point at 2/F of Kobe PMPT Building at least 15 mins before departure. A bus attendant will guide you to the bus stop. 
If you cannot go to the meeting point as time is tight, please go directly to the Kobe Sannomiya bus stop for boarding.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Reservations opens one month and a day before you travel.
・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. The bus leaves on time and you are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.
・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smartphone before departure.  You may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
・Cancellations can be made via the “ Manage my Booking” section of the Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.
・ Amendments and cancellations AFTER you purchase your ticket cannot be made over the phone, or/and on Japan Bus Online Website. If you would like to change your reservation, please make another reservation with new requirements, and cancel your original reservation through “ Manage my Booking” on the Japan Bus Online Website. 
Due to road, weather condition and any circumstances beyond our control, departure /arrival time may change.
・(Night Bus) Children are charged as adult price as they occupy a single seat. Children who can sit on their own wearing a seatbelt are allowed to board.
・In principle, we do not allow passengers to board while holding their child on their lap.
・As night bus travels for long hours, there might be cases that infants may bring troubles to other passengers. Therefore, please refrain from bringing infants on board.
・Passengers sleep in their seats when travelling on night bus. If younger child cries at night causing inconvenience to other passengers, we might refuse their boarding.
