Usopp Statue (Aso Station)

Right outside Aso Station, where the Aso Sanjo Terminal Line stops, you’ll find a bronze statue of Usopp from the famous anime ONE PIECE.

This statue is part of the ONE PIECE Kumamoto Reconstruction Project, born from Eiichiro Oda’s wish to cheer up his home prefecture after the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake. It was installed using donations made in Luffy’s name.
